Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: €13.93 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Harvest flowers according to seasonal schedules and quality standards.
- Handle flowers with care to avoid damage and maintain their quality.
- Sort and bundle flowers for shipment and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Assist with planting, watering, and other cultivation tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in flower picking or agriculture is a plus but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.
