Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Order Pickers to join our logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders from the warehouse.
• Use voice-picking technology to ensure precise order fulfillment.
• Ensure the correct handling and storage of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Work Conditions

Shift Schedule:

• Flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Monday to Saturday with occasional Sunday shifts.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly wage with potential for overtime and shift differentials.

Additional Compensation:

• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond standard shifts.
• Shift differentials for evening and night shifts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Basic level of English or Dutch proficiency.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with voice-picking systems is advantageous.
• Experience in order picking or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
