Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team. If you have expertise in aluminum windows and facades, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the production department.
Ensure the entire production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with designers and planners to align production goals.
Supervise production staff and guarantee that all products are ready for assembly on time.
Monitor and maintain the quality of all manufactured components.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of aluminum windows and facade systems.
Proficiency in operating saws, milling, and CNC machines.
Fluency in either English or Dutch is required.
Proactive approach to improving production processes.
Independent, responsible, and accurate work ethic.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
Leadership qualities with a direct yet supportive approach.
Problem-solving mindset.
